Emergency Supports
Our Emergency Shelter and Nightlight supported:

The number of people long term homeless* at our Emergency Shelter increased again in 2024, rising to 79, the highest number to date.
Our Outreach Team repsonded to an increase in rough sleeping. They met and supported 675 men and women sleeping rough in 2024.
An average of 34 per night.
Housing and Support
Notwithstanding the housing crisis, we continued to find sustainable tenancy exits from homelessness. In 2024, we supported 49 people to move to secure and affordable, independent and supported housing.
Moves to housing
Throughout 2024, our Housing and Support Services supported 257 formerly homeless men and women to sustain their tenancies and work towards rebuilding their lives and fulfilling their goals.
Specialist Supports
We tailor our services to the needs of those who are homeless and at risk of homelessness, responding with care and sensitivity and specialist supports, to help enable people to re-build their lives.
